She is a qualified accountant from the ICAI with a Bachelor degree in commerce from the University of Delhi. Richa has over 18 years of experience in the field of Taxation, Accountancy, and Assurance, in the jurisdictions of UK, US, UAE, Australia and Ireland. She also holds a certificate for competency in Personal Taxation and VAT from the Association of Tax Technicians United Kingdom (ATT-UK) and additionally holds a certificate in federal taxation from Gies College of Business – University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign-USA. Her experience includes working with various international MNE’s and exposure to a cross section of industries including steel, engineering, procurement and construction companies, manufacturing, medicine, energy, metal and minerals, aviation, fast moving consumer goods, information technology, power, e-commerce and apparels sector to name a few.
In past she has worked with one of the most prestigious tax and accountancy firm as an Indian affiliate to world tax services, Germany. Her area of professional expertise includes accounting, tax assurance, taxation, international taxation, transfer pricing, tax representation and tax compliance. She has worked with various international clients and helped them with their taxes, accounting and tax planning and structuring. She is currently a Tax partner for over twelve years at a 51-year-old accountancy tax firm based out of New Delhi, India.
